Dan is an Investor and Mentor currently building a food group and helping founders and shareholders scale with purpose and prepare for successful, strategic exits.
With 25+ years of experience in the food industry, he knows what it takes to grow something from nothing. He built The Soho Sandwich Company and from humble beginnings, transformed it into a respected national food-2-go manufacturer.
On that journey he developed talented, cross functional teams, invested in their development, empowering them, giving them autonomy to help shape the business, more than a team we were a family. In June 2023 with a strong balance sheet, turnover at over £30m and strong profits, they completed a successful exit, selling the business to Around Noon Food Group.
Today, he works with ambitious founders across a variety of Food & Beverage categories supporting them to:
