Sumaiyah is the Food and Packaging Manager at Futura Foods, with over nine year's experience across multiple sectors of the food industry.
In her role, she drives future innovation and manages the NPD and packaging pipeline, with a strong focus on sustainability and emerging consumer trends.
She has developed and launched products from concept to market across retail and QSR, having previously held product development roles at Greencore, Bakkavor, KFC UKI and LEON Restaurants. At LEON, she worked closely with operations teams and equipment suppliers to successfully implement new products at scale.
Throughout her early career, Sumaiyah was recognised through several industry competitions, including those run by the British Frozen Food Federation and Love Food Hate Waste.
She is passionate about food, innovation, and sustainable packaging, with a particular interest in reducing environmental impact.
