Aisha is the NPD Process Lead for Futura Foods based in Gloucestershire. With 4 years of experience in product development, Aisha leads the end-to-end NPD process for launching products to market and product development assessments across continental cheese and Greek yogurt. She has successfully launched 20 products across the market, with more in development.
Aisha also implements & leads Lunch and Learn sessions within the business by creating trend-led briefs incorporating the breadth of the portfolio for internal teams to design lunch menus.
For the past three years, Aisha has also served as a judge for various Sammies heats, drawing on her expertise in product development.
