Jude has 17 years’ experience within the food industry championing Food Safety on behalf of FSC and their customers globally.
She is part of the BSA & Food To Go Management Committee and represents the association on the UK BSI Committee for Food Safety & Quality Systems (AW/90).
She brings a wealth of technical experience to the judging panel and has been judging the awards for the past three years.
