With over a decade of experience in the food industry, she has worked extensively across bakery, beverages, and flavour innovation, spanning both ingredient supply and food manufacturing.
She works closely with technical, commercial and customer teams to develop practical food and beverage applications that bring flavour and colour solutions to life. She has led projects from concept through to launch for own-label, branded and retail customers, supporting product development with hands-on technical insight.
Rebecca is particularly interested in creative flavour development, and in translating customer briefs into products that perform both technically and commercially.
