There's a new Sammies season upon us and once again the search starts for the people, products and businesses setting the standard across the UK’s sandwich and food to go industry.
The Sandwich & Food to Go Industry Awards – better known as the Sammies – celebrate excellence in all its forms, from outstanding sandwiches and food to go products to the retailers and manufacturers responsible for getting them into the hands of consumers.
Recognition extends right across the industry, with awards for ingredient and packaging suppliers, marketing campaigns and the businesses and initiatives helping to make our sector more sustainable and socially responsible.
And, of course, we’ll once again be putting some of the industry’s most talented creators to the test in the Sandwich & Food to Go Designer competition, with six fiercely contested categories offering them chance to demonstrate their skills and imagination.
