The competition is back for 2027 and here's where the journey starts. All you need to do right now is register to take part.
We've got six challenging categories, each a competition in their own right with a £250 prize for the category winners. The overall winner will also grab the £2000 prize along with the title of Sandwich & Food to Go Designer of the Year.

How it works
At the end of November, the entrants will receive the sponsor ingredients to help them create their recipes, which are submitted in early January.
The recipes will then be judged by the sponsors, with the best progressing to one of the regional heats:

The Finals
Heat winners in each of the categories will advance to the live final, which takes place on 6 May 2027 at the Royal Lancaster London ahead of the Sammies Awards Dinner, where the winners will be revealed.
